Chris Mazdzer: 'Shiva Keshavan teaches us yoga'

American luger Chris Mazdzer has revealed that Shiva Keshavan and his wife teach his teammates yoga in exchange for their sporting facilities.

Keshavan will be participating at the Winter Olympics in Sochi as an Independent Olympics Participant because his country, India, is suspended by the International Olympics Committee.

"He brings a totally different atmosphere to the team," The AP quotes Mazdzer as saying. "He's the most experienced person out of all of us.

"He is an awesome yoga teacher. He and his wife, they're both excellent. They bring us through team yoga two or three times a week.

"He's got a great sense of humour and he really meshes well with the team, which is extremely important."

Keshavan has never finished better than 25th at the Olympics.
