Seymour recovers from car crash

Hull scrum-half Brett Seymour is recovering at home following a car accident, which involved the rugby league star flipping his BMW over after hitting two parked cars.

The 28-year-old, who was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary, has not sustained any serious injuries following the collision.

A statement on the club's official website said: "His family, close friends and club officials visited him in hospital on Monday morning.

"The club have confirmed the player will be placed on leave with immediate effect."

Reports have claimed that police are investigating the incident.
