Gabriel Batistuta cries while being inducted into Fiorentina hall of fame

Former footballer Gabriel Batistuta cries during his official induction into Fiorentina's hall of fame.

Gabriel Batistuta shed a few tears while being inducted into the Fiorentina hall of fame this week.

The 45-year-old was given the honour after playing 332 games and scoring 207 goals during his nine-year spell at the Italian club.

"I'm happy to officially enter the history books of the club," said Batistuta. "I was excited when they called me for this award."

The Argentine won the Serie B title and the Coppa Italia during his time at the club.
