A photograph of Jose Mourinho is reportedly being used as evidence in an Italian murder trial involving the mafia.

A photograph of Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly being used as evidence in a murder trial involving the mafia.

Cesare Pagano was found guilty of murdering Carmine Amoruso in Naples back on March 5, 2006 following two eyewitness reports.

However, according to 101greatgoals.com, the evidence has been called into disrepute as a new photo of Amoruso alongside Mourinho in Spain has appeared on the same date that he was allegedly murdered.

At the time of the photo being taken, Mourinho was at a hotel with his players during a Champions League trip to play Barcelona.
