Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich to buy mansion on Fifth Avenue?

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly close to creating a mansion on Fifth Avenue in New York City.

The Russian tycoon is said to be just two apartments away from securing the property on the exclusive address.

Abramovich spent around £46m last month to clinch the majority of the Berwind Mansion at 828 Fifth Avenue, according to the Daily Mail.

Reports have claimed that Abramovich will pay up to £14m to complete his project.
