Tiger Woods takes girlfriend Lindsey Vonn on Open practice round

Tiger Woods decided to descend onto Muirfield for his Open practice round with girlfriend Lindsey Vonn in tow.

Woods, who will try to claim the title from current holder Ernie Els in Scotland this week, familiarised himself with the course while Vonn followed behind.

The United States Olympic skier was seen wandering around the course with Woods ahead of the tournament that gets underway on Thursday.

Former world number one Rory McIlroy was also in attendance at Muirfield today.
