Czech Republic's David Svoboda leads the men's modern pentathlon after three events despite only finishing 16th in the riding event.
Svoboda leads from China's Zhongrong Cao by just four points going into the final running/shooting event.
Russia's Aleksander Lesun currently sits in the third place, while the joint winners of the riding event, Robert Kasza, Adam Marosi and Riccardo de Luca sit fourth, fifth and 13th respectively.
British duo Nick Woodbridge and Sam Weale still have an outside chance of a medal, sitting as they do in seventh and ninth respectively.
