Marussia have announced that Great Britain's Max Chilton will drive for their team for the 2013 Formula 1 season.
Chilton will become the fourth British driver to take his place on the grid next season alongside Lewis Hamilton, Jenson Button and Paul di Resta.
The 21-year-old told reporters: "It is hard to put into words how I am feeling today.
"With the announcement that I will be racing for Marussia next season, it comes at the end of what has been a fantastic year for me.
"My GP2 pole positions, wins, my performances in the F1 young driver tests has given everyone the confidence in my ability to compete at the highest level of motorsport."
Chilton will partner Timo Glock after Charles Pic moved to Caterham.
