Romain Grosjean: 'I'll race my heart out for Lotus at Abu Dhabi'

Romain Grosjean pledges to 'race his heart' out to bring down the curtain on his Lotus career at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Romain Grosjean has insisted that he will be "fighting all the way" to the end of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, as he looks to end his Lotus career on a positive note.

The Franco-Swiss driver will join Haas next season and has already admitted that he is targeting a seat with Ferrari further down the line.

However, Grosjean is hoping to give his current employer a great end to a troubled 2015 campaign.

He told Formula Spy: "I'll be fighting all the way. There's no point holding back in the race or over the weekend.

"It's the last time the E23s will be used in race action so I'll be looking to give my car a good send-off.

"The engine will be turned up to eleven, I'll be racing my heart out and I know all the guys and girls at Enstone want to see a great end to the season."

Jolyon Palmer will replace Grosjean at Lotus in 2016, with Pastor Maldonado remaining with the team.
