Al Ahli midfielder Ferydoon Zandi has seen his dreams of representing Iran at next year's World Cup finals come to an end after suffering a horrific leg break.

In fact, the 34-year-old, whose injury is reminiscent of the one that sidelined Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey three years ago, could now be considering his retirement from the game.

Before you press play, just know that this video is not for the faint-hearted.
