Rivaldo leaves Kabuscorp

Former world footballer of the year Rivaldo has departed Angolan outfit Kabuscorp after his short-term contract with the club expired.

The 40-year-old joined Kabuscorp in January 13 and scored 18 goals in 21 games during an impressive stint with the club. However, it is now expected that he will return to Brazil.

"It's the day to say goodbye to Angola but only for football because Angola will be a home forever," Rivaldo tweeted.

Rivaldo has also played for Barcelona and AC Milan during a glittering career.
