Great Britain are out of the Paralympics after suffering a 7-1 defeat to Ukraine in the men's 7-a-side football group clash.

Great Britain have failed to progress to the knockout stages of the men's 7-a-side football Paralympic tournament after suffering a 7-1 defeat to Ukraine.

Ibz Diallo was the only Brit to get on the scoresheet in a contest that Ukraine dominated from start to finish, which pushed the host nation out of the competition.

Anatolli Shevchyk found the net on two occasions for Ukraine and Oleksandr Devlysh netted a brace for his country, while ParalympicsGB failed to get off the mark in the early stages of the game.

Ukraine went in at half time 4-1 up and continued their dominance after the break by scoring another three goals to cement their place into the knockout rounds.

GB recorded a 3-0 defeat to Brazil in their opening group match.
