Team News: Richards, Giggs, Sturridge and Bellamy start for GB

Stuart Pearce has named a strong side for Great Britain's Olympic opener against Senegal this evening.

All three of Pearce's over-23 players are included, as is Daniel Sturridge, who has successfully overcome illness to be fit for the match.

There are also starting places for Manchester United's Tom Cleverley and Swansea City's Joe Allen.

Meanwhile, Senegal have named Wigan Athletic's Mohamed Diame as captain for the match.
