Lyon close to signing Tottenham Hotspur youngster Reo Griffiths?

Tottenham Hotspur youngster Reo Griffiths reportedly passes a medical ahead of a transfer to French side Lyon.

Lyon have reportedly moved to the brink of signing Tottenham Hotspur youngster Reo Griffiths.

The 18-year-old has made an impression while playing for the club's academy side, with 33 goals being scored during the most recent campaign.

However, according to Sky Sports News, the teenager will leave the North London outfit in the coming days providing that he can agree personal terms with Lyon.

The report says that the striker has already come through a medical with the France outfit, who will pay Spurs six years' worth of compensation.

Fellow academy player Keanan Bennetts also left Spurs earlier this summer, with the 19-year-old opting to join Borussia Monchengladbach.
