Andy Dawson agrees new Scunthorpe United deal

Andy Dawson has signed a new one-year contract with Scunthorpe United for the 2014-15 football season.

The defender will primarily focus on coaching duties with the club, but will remain available as a player.

The 35-year-old joined the club from Hull City last year, helping them secure promotion to League One last season.

Dawson spent time with Scunthorpe earlier in his career before moving to Hull in 2003.
