Dick Advocaat has been named as the new PSV Eindhoven manager for next season.
The 64-year-old will step down as the coach of Russia after Euro 2012 to take over the Eredivisie side.
Advocaat guided PSV to the Dutch league title in 1997 during a three-year spell with the club.
"PSV wanted to attract an elite coach in Dick Advocaat and he was enthusiastic about joining PSV," technical director Marcel Brands told the club's official website.
"His decision to join PSV, despite very lucrative financial offers from Russia, strengthens our confidence in this cooperation.
"He knows the club from a previous spell here and sees great potential in the squad of players."
Eindhoven have been without a manager after Fred Rutten was sacked in March. Assistants Phillip Cocu and Ernst Faber guided the team to a 10th-placed finish while in temporary charge.
