Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos could face a spell on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.
The 25-year-old sustained the complaint during Madrid's 6-2 victory over Sevilla on Saturday evening.
He underwent medical examinations yesterday and the results have revealed that he has pulled the muscle.
Ramos will miss the Copa Del Rey cup tie against Ponferradina tomorrow evening, while he has been rated doubtful for the next league game against Granada on Sunday, January 9.
