A number of Premier League clubs are thought to have sent scouts to watch Huddersfield striker Jordan Rhodes in Friday's match at Wycombe Wanderers.
The in-form striker scored five goals as Lee Clark's side ran out 6-0 winners.
Spurs coaches Joe Jordan and Clive Allen were amongst the top flight representatives seen in the crowd at Adams Park.
Rhodes has now found the net 25 times this season for the League One side.
