Paris Saint-Germain will move for Borussia Dortmund's Erling Braut Haaland if Kylian Mbappe leaves the club, according to a report.

Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly move for Erling Braut Haaland if Kylian Mbappe leaves the club.

Mbappe's contract in Paris is due to expire next June, and the France international could be on the move in January, with Real Madrid and Manchester City thought to be interested in his services.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the World Cup winner's departure could lead to PSG targeting Haaland, who is widely expected to leave Borussia Dortmund next summer.

The Norway international will have a release clause in his contract next summer, and a number of leading clubs in European football are expected to target the centre-forward.

Manchester United, Man City, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Barcelona are also believed to be interested in signing the 21-year-old ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.

Haaland has again been in impressive form for BVB at the start of the 2021-22 campaign, scoring 11 times and contributing four assists in eight appearances in all competitions.
