Juliano Belleti: 'Neymar not joining Manchester United'

Ex-Brazil and Barcelona defender Juliano Belletti does not believe that Neymar would swap the Catalans for Manchester United.

Former Barcelona defender Juliano Belletti has claimed that Neymar is "very happy" in Catalunya, amid speculation linking him with a shock move to Manchester United.

The Brazil forward is said to have courted interest from the Premier League giants, who reportedly met his £140m buyout clause this week.

Although Belletti is confident that the 23-year-old is happy at Camp Nou, his compatriot suggests that "nothing is impossible".

"No I don't think so, Neymar is very happy in Barcelona," the 39-year-old, who spent three years with the Catalans, told Omnisport.

"He has adapted to the team, the city and his family have adapted as well but nothing is impossible."

Neymar joined Barcelona in 2013 and, along with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, helped form the star-studded attacking trident that fired them to a treble success last term.
