Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane could reportedly accelerate his attempts to leave the club if Antonio Conte's time as manager comes to an end.
Conte hinted that he would be open to an exit from Spurs after Wednesday's 1-0 Premier League loss to Burnley - his fourth defeat from five league matches.
Spurs are reportedly expecting Conte to stay on despite his comments, with the Italian believed to enjoy a strong relationship with Kane, whose future remains shrouded in uncertainty.
The England captain is widely expected to leave this summer if Spurs end another season trophyless anyway, but The Express reports that he will push even harder for an exit if Conte does leave the club.
The report adds that Kane was "thrilled" when Conte took the reins at Tottenham, but his North London future is now in even more doubt amid continued links with Manchester City and Manchester United.
The 28-year-old has amassed 17 goals from 35 games in all tournaments this season, and Spurs are supposedly prepared to wait before trying to tie him down beyond the summer of 2024.
