QPR join Nedum Onuoha race

QPR are reportedly preparing to make an offer for Manchester City defender Nedum Onuoha in January.

Neil Warnock is expected to table a £3.5m bid in an attempt to beat out competition from Blackburn and West Brom for the versatile Citizens star, who has fallen out of favour with manager Roberto Mancini.

The 25-year-old has made just three league starts since the Italian took charge at the Etihad Stadium in 2009, but impressed on loan at Sunderland last season.

The Rangers boss has admitted that he has a list of "four or five" players that he is targeting ahead of the turn of the year.
