Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has reportedly scouted Bayern Munich playmaker Toni Kroos.
The City boss made the personal check last weekend to watch the 22-year-old in action, according to The People.
Mancini is believed to be a big admirer of the midfielder, who is reportedly valued at around £20m by his club.
Kroos joined Bayern in 2006 as a trainee from Hansa Rostock.
