Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has ruled out making any major signings in January.
The Italian says that he will try to "find young players" as it is "difficult" to sign "good players".
"In January it is difficult to take good players," ESPNSoccernet quotes Mancini as saying. "There is no one club that can sell good players in January.
"Maybe we can find young players. If we have this chance in the next 10-12 days, probably we can do something but I am not sure."
City are currently seven points behind Premier League leaders Manchester United.
