Manchester City have reportedly joined the chase to sign Barcelona striker Alexis Sanchez.
The 24-year-old Chilean international has made a limited number of appearances for the La Liga leaders this season and is expected to leave the Camp Nou in the summer.
The Premier League champions are now thought to be keen on the forward along with Liverpool, according to The Mirror.
City tried to sign Sanchez in summer 2011 before he left Udinese for Barcelona.
