Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has been rewarded for his form in January with the Premier League Player of the Month award.
Aguero has been in free-scoring form for the top-flight leaders, and the Argentine managed to net five times during the first month of 2018.
The Argentine's first effort came in the 3-1 triumph over Watford and although Aguero did not score in the 4-3 defeat to Liverpool, the forward laid on an assist for a teammate.
A hat-trick was netted in the 3-1 victory over Newcastle United before Aguero scored during the latter stages of the 3-0 win over West Bromwich Albion on January 31.
Earlier on Friday, it was revealed that Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe had won the Manager of the Month accolade.
