Half-Time Report: Inverness Caledonian Thistle go into the break two up over Partick Thistle

Partick Thistle find themselves two goals down at half time against Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

A goal each for Marley Watkins and Greg Tansey have seen Inverness Caledonian Thistle go into the break two goals up against Partick Thistle.

Inverness started well and when Watkins found himself clean through on goal, Paul Gallacher stood his ground well and tipped the attempted shot away.

Two minutes later though, Watkins made no mistake from a similar position, blasting the ball into the back of the net.

Watkins then found himself through on goal for a third time but could only shoot wide again before Tansey scored, starting with a mazy run from well outside the box before drilling the ball low into the corner.

Partick then came alive just before the break; Ryan Stevenson's header was tipped over the bar by Ryan Esson, with Danny Seaborne heading over from the resulting corner to leave the score at 2-0 at half time.
