Chievo have decided to part company with interim manager Eugenio Corini by mutual consent.
Corini had helped Chievo comfortably retain their Serie A status after replacing Domenico di Carlo as coach in October.
Despite losing five of their first six matches, the Flying Donkeys recovered to finish 12th in Serie A with 45 points from 38 games.
With safety secured, Chievo have decided to go in a new direction and confirmed this afternoon that Corini has been relieved of his duties by mutual consent.
The 42-year-old is already in demand and has been linked with the vacant post at relegated Palermo and a switch to Genoa.
