Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly beaten a host of European clubs to the signing of Hajduk Split's highly-rated prospect Luka Vuskovic.
Spurs recently experienced a busy transfer window, which included the departure of their all-time leading scorer Harry Kane.
While Kane completed a move to German champions Bayern Munich, Tottenham delved into the market to make several additions to their squad.
Guglielmo Vicario arrived from Empoli to bolster the goalkeeping department, while Ange Postecoglou's defensive options were strengthened by the permanent arrivals of Micky van de Ven, Ashley Phillips and Pedro Porro.
Dejan Kulusevski, Alejo Veliz, Manor Solomon, Brennan Johnson and James Maddison also joined on a permanent basis to add to Tottenham's attacking ranks.

After enjoying a successful summer transfer window, Spurs have already turned their attention to securing future additions.
According to the Evening Standard, Tottenham have won the race to sign 16-year-old defender Vuskovic from Croatian side Hajduk Split.
The report claims that Tottenham have agreed personal terms with Vuskovic, who will remain at Hajduk Split until he turns 18.
As a result, the teenager is expected to continue his development in Croatia, before joining the North London side in 2025.
Spurs have beaten several clubs to the player's signature, including fellow Premier League sides Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City.

French giants Paris Saint-Germain were also believed to be interested in signing the young centre-back, but Tottenham are now in pole position following positive talks over the weekend.
While the exact figure is yet to be disclosed, Tottenham have reportedly reached an agreement with Hajduk Split over a deal worth around £12m.
Vuskovic has been attracting interest from across the continent after breaking into the Hajduk Split first team in February.
Since making his debut, Vuskovic has gone on to make 11 competitive appearances, and he became the Croatian club's youngest-ever scorer when he found the net in a 2-1 cup win over NK Osijek in March.
