Filipe Luis 'agrees terms with Chelsea'

Filipe Luis is reportedly on the brink of completing his proposed move to Chelsea after agreeing personal terms with the club.

The Brazilian will follow Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid to Stamford Bridge now that he has finalised his £20m move, according to The Sun.

Luis is widely regarded as one of the best full-backs in European football, with his performances last season helping Atletico claim their first La Liga title since 1996.

Chelsea are said to have had an initial bid of £15m rejected by Atletico, before returning with an improved offer.
