Chelsea striker Patrick Bamford will reportedly join Norwich City on a permanent deal rather than a loan.
The 22-year-old has been linked with a number of sides this month, mainly in the Championship, after he decided to cut short a season-long spell with Crystal Palace over Christmas due to a lack of playing time.
A report yesterday suggested that the Canaries had won the chase for his signature, although according to The Express, Chelsea are now willing to part with the youngster on a permanent basis following the arrival of Alexandre Pato.
The report claims that the Blues will insert a buy-back clause into any deal they agree with Norwich before the transfer window closes on Monday evening.
Meanwhile, Twitter user @langerz9 posted a picture appearing to show Bamford arriving in Norwich to finalise the deal.
