Fernando Torres injury concern for Chelsea

Fernando Torres could miss the start of the season after picking up a head injury while on international duty for Spain.

The striker was substituted after 15 minutes in Wednesday night's friendly against Italy in Bari, suffering from suspected concussion.

The 27-year-old will undergo an examination by Spanish medical staff before a decision is made over his fitness.

Chelsea begin their Premier League campaign on Sunday away at Stoke City.
