Marko Marin: Chelsea move 'perfect fit' for me

New Chelsea signing Marko Marin has claimed that his new club are the 'perfect fit' for his style of play.

The 23-year-old agreed a deal to the Blues from Werder Bremen last weekend and revealed that talks with Roberto Di Matteo were a key part of the negotiations.

Marin said: "It fits perfectly for me, otherwise I would not have sought this move. Above all, Chelsea's play is based a lot on wide men.

"I had good talks with Di Matteo and I hope he stays."

Marin has represented Germany on 16 occasions.
