Eden Hazard to undergo MRI scan

Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink confirms that Eden Hazard will undergo an MRI scan on his groin on Monday after he is forced off during the game with Crystal Palace.

Eden Hazard will undergo an MRI scan on Monday after being forced off during Chelsea's 3-0 win at Crystal Palace on Sunday.

The Belgian limped off the pitch just 16 minutes into the game at Selhurst Park, days after overcoming a hip injury and picking up a knock in the draw at Manchester United.

Speaking after the match, Chelsea's interim manager Guus Hiddink confirmed: "He slipped, and he has a little problem with a muscle inside his groin.

"We'll see tomorrow with the MRI scan how damaged it is."

The 24-year-old has yet to score for the Blues this term and is now 2,289 minutes without a goal.
