Frank Lampard has been dropped to the bench for Chelsea's decisive Champions League group fixture against Valencia at Stamford Bridge.

Portuguese midfielder Raul Meireles has replaced Lampard in the starting lineup in the only change from Saturday's 3-0 win at Newcastle United.

The visiting Spaniards will start with a forward pairing of Jonas and Roberto Soldado.
