Daniele Arrigoni appointed Cesena coach

Daniele Arrigoni has been appointed the coach of Italian side Cesena.

The club's board took the decision to sack Marco Giampaolo on Sunday following the 2-0 defeat at Parma, a result which has left them bottom of the Serie A table.

Cesena have yet to win a game in the top flight this season, having picked up just three points from their opening nine matches.

They have also found the net on just three occasions.
