Former AC Milan midfielder Mathieu Flamini has reportedly put pen to paper on a two-year contract with Arsenal.
There had been suggestions that the Frenchman would return to the club that he spent four years with following a number of training sessions with the North London outfit.
It is understood by Goal.com that Flamini has agreed a contract, which has an option of a third year, worth £50,000 a week.
The Gunners are believed to be planning to announce the capture when the midfielder gets clearance from the Premier League.
