Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly contemplating whether to make an approach for Rennes youngster Lesley Ugochukwu.

Rennes youngster Lesley Ugochukwu has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

With both teams vying for a place in the Champions League, there could be scope for a number of high-profile additions being made during the summer window.

However, the two North London outfits may also show a willingness to look to the future when it comes to their business ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.

According to L'Equipe, Ugochukwu, who only turned 18 years of age on Saturday, is very much on their radar having been left impressed by his progression in France.

The teenager has been provided with 374 minutes in Ligue 1 this season, with three of his 13 appearances coming from the starting lineup.

While the prospect still has over two years remaining on his contract, Rennes may consider cashing in on the player should they not qualify for the Champions League.
