Arsenal and Liverpool reportedly emerge as two clubs who are monitoring Valencia winger Goncalo Guedes ahead of a potential move in 2022.

Valencia winger Goncalo Guedes has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Arsenal and Liverpool.

The 24-year-old was frequently linked with a transfer to Wolverhampton Wanderers during the summer before the West Midlands outfit eventually retained the services of Adama Traore.

However, the Portuguese international seemingly remains on the radar of various Premier League clubs after starting the new La Liga campaign with two goals and two assists.

Fichajes claims that Arsenal and Liverpool are ready to step in if Valencia choose to boost their financial issues with the sale of their key man.

Guedes has under two years remaining on his contract, a scenario which may force Los murcielagos to consider offers during the January window.

Providing that Valencia stay in contention for a return to Europe through their La Liga results, any sale may be delayed until the summer.
