Jack Wilshere: 'I need more games'

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere insists that he needs to play more games before he can consider himself to have reached full fitness.

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has revealed that he feels as though he will only reach full fitness by playing in more games.

The 20-year-old has featured in four matches for club and country since he returned from a long-term ankle injury, but believes that he still has a way to go before he will consider himself to be "100%".

Wilshere said: "I'm getting there. I don't feel 100% yet and everyone can see that. I feel better and better as every game goes on.

"I need to get some games under my belt and properly get back into the swing of things.

"But it's great to be back. 17 months on the sidelines is tough for anyone."

Wilshere came on as a substitute in England's 4-2 defeat to Sweden on Wednesday night.
