Almeria boss Francisco Rodriguez has been handed the Manager of the Month award for November.
The newly-promoted outfit failed to win in their opening 10 matches of the season, but they followed on from three points against Valencia at the end of October by beating Real Valladolid and Osasuna last month.
The La Liga outfit remain in the relegation zone in Spain's top division, but they are just one point from safety after 15 matches.
Francisco, who had two separate spells with Almeria during his playing career, took charge of the first team at the beginning of the season having previously been in charge of the youth and B side.
