Britain's James Honeybone progresses to next round of men's sabre

Britain's James Honeybone has comfortably beaten Madalin Bucur of Romania to progress to the last 16 of the men's individual sabre.

Honeybone, 24, beat Bucur in two periods, 8-2 and 15-6.

Bucur received a warning during the bout for making bodily contact with the Brit.

Honeybone will now face Tiberiu Dolniceanu, also of Romania, who is ranked third in the world.
