The 20-year-old has added the dive - known as 'The Firework' - to his repertoire in place of a "terrifying" twister dive that left him needing therapy.
'The Firework' comprises 3.5 somersaults with a twist and has a 3.6 degree of difficulty (DD), a dive that Daley has previously said he hopes will earn him a gold medal at the 2016 Olympics in Rio.
