Video: Oprah Winfrey discusses Lance Armstrong interview

Following a decade of denial, Lance Armstrong confessed to chatshow host Oprah Winfrey yesterday evening that he had been guilty of doping during his cycling career.

The interview will be screened in the United Kingdom during the early hours of Friday morning.
