Team Sky's Mark Cavendish looked to be in prime position to win the opening stage of the Tour of Britain between Ipswich and the Norfolk County Showground earlier today.
However, with around 1km of the route remaining, the British rider was caught up in a mass pile-up that resulted in him injuring his shoulder.
