Pierrick Fedrigo claimed victory during stage 15 of the Tour de France this afternoon.
The stage descended into a two-cyclist race in the closing stages as Federigo and American Christian Vande Velde pulled away from the pack.
Frenchman Federigo, who is renowned as a sprinter, held off the challenge from Vande Velde to win the route by a bike-length from the Garmin Sharp rider.
The 33-year-old has now won five stages of the Tour during his career.
