Crystal Lane misses out on C5 pursuit bronze

Team GB's Crystal Lane has been beaten by Fiona Southorn of New Zealand in the C5 pursuit bronze medal race.

Southorn, who was the favourite going into the race, rode strongly to claim the medal with a time of 3:55.867.

The two women were close after the first 1,000m, but Lane could only post 4:02.773 to take a respectable fourth place.
