Garmin Sharp rider Ramunas Navardauskas has won stage 11 of the Giro d'Italia ahead of Daniel Oss.

The Lithuanian competitor managed to cross the finish line ahead of Oss and current King of the Mountains leader Stefano Pirazzi.

Meanwhile, Vincenzo Nibali has kept the overall lead in the standings, giving himself a 41-second lead over Cadel Evans.

Team Sky rider Sir Bradley Wiggins's position in the standings has not shifted from yesterday as he sits in fourth, two minutes and five seconds behind the leader.
