Arun Harinath signs new Surrey deal

Batsman Arun Harinath signs a new two-year contract with County Championship Division Two side Surrey.

Arun Harinath has agreed a fresh contract with Surrey that will expire in the summer of 2017.

The 28-year-old, who joined the club at the age of nine, has played 48 first-class games.

"I'm very happy to sign on for two more years at Surrey and look forward to continuing to contribute in all areas," he told the club's official website.

The batsman has scored 477 runs at an average of 53 in five Championship appearances this season.
