The Ashes-winning pair are currently being rested for England's one-day international series against Australia, but could make their competitive returns in the domestic showpiece on September 21.
Neither player was in action as Notts thrashed Somerset Sabres by eight wickets in the semi-finals, but have both been added to the 15-man travelling squad, which also includes Luke Fletcher and Graeme White.
Broad tweeted: "Delighted to be available for the YB40 Final for The Outlaws. Been training hoping that would be the case! Gonna be a special day at Lord's.
"I'm only available, whether Swanny and I play or not is up to the Notts management. Will find out next Saturday morning before the toss!"
This is the first time that Notts have reached a Lord's final since 1991.
